Introduction

I'm interested in learning about wines. My knowledge is very elementary and I think it would be wise to know what I'm talking about when I order a bottle during a professional function. Plus, I move to NYC this August and know no one!

If you know a bit about wine, will you be up for sharing your passion with the group?

I don't know anything, but am very eager to learn!

What type of events do you prefer - larger wine socials at NYC clubs, smaller wine tastings at wine bars, private house parties, etc.?

Everything sounds great. Smaller functions are perhaps best to really have the chance to meet new people and not feel intimidated.
