Introduction

Initially from Moscow. Thus, native language is the same as Nabokov's. Regrettably my English is far from being that fluent, neat and sophisticated as was his. So dipping my tonque into a wine I hope to shape a bit my gauche bookish English, I guess.

If you know a bit about wine, will you be up for sharing your passion with the group?

I did wrote about wine for Russian magazine here in NY but am still not overwhelmingly knowledgeable though usually make no secret of my opinion or experience. Especially with a friendly folks. So if I feel could add something substantial - I will.

What type of events do you prefer - larger wine socials at NYC clubs, smaller wine tastings at wine bars, private house parties, etc.?

Smaller wine tastings as well as private house parties
