Everyone is to bring one of the following (exact change only):

• $10 cash and a bottle of wine, or
  
• $10 cash and $15 worth of food, or
  
• $20 cash (less preferred, but if you are running late)
  

All funds go toward our parties, such as grill items, mixers, and party supplies.

For this event at a private residence, everyone who RSVPs is requested to have a picture posted. The organizers are instructed to remove any RSVP without a picture.

Event Schedule

• 7 PM - Showcase, Drinking
  
• 9 PM - Open Social, Eating, Drinking
  

• From local delis (or homemade): sandwiches, shrimp platters, casseroles, cold cuts, etc.
  
• For the grill: burgers, hot dogs, sausages, steak, chicken, fish, veggies (bring matching # of buns as appropriate)
  
• Salads: pasta, mixed greens, macaroni, etc.
  
• Cheeses, olives, fruit trays, veggie trays, hummus
  

• Wine, liquor, sangria, beer, mixers
  
• Soft drinks, water
  

Work can include:

• Any moving image, film, shorts, digital art, still images of photography and/or art in a slideshow format that comprises a theme or series
  
• Sound optional
  
• A brief speech may be included or no speech at all - in essence the presentation, as the work itself, is left to the artist's creation
  

All work will be shown on a 58" widescreen HDTV via DVD or online access.

This event is to give artists, filmmakers, and photographers an opportunity to refine their presentation and body of work, gather feedback and to network with like-minded individuals interested in creating or collaborating on projects.

Approximately 5 to 7 artists will be chosen to show their work for this event - others may be chosen to show their work for future salons.
